I made Bowtie Pasta With Herbed Maple Salmon And Sweet Potato!
I got the Salmon at Moncton Fish Market and I got the Sweet Potato and Bow tie Pasta at Dolma Food both on St. George St, Moncton, New Brunswick.
For Herbs and Spices I used Watkins Black Pepper, Watkins Paprika, and Watkins Parsley.
I made the
I braised the Duck Confit in our Cast Iron Frying Pan and then covered it and placed it in the Oven for 30 minutes. Then I sautéed the Asparagus in another frying pan with a little garlic and finely grated Smoked Cheese. I then layered the Asparagus over the Duck Confit in the Oven.
Sautéed Shrimp, Mashed Potato, with Garden Salad,
Served with Pumpernickel Bread, Crostini, and a Salmon Terrine!
