I braised the Duck Confit in our Cast Iron Frying Pan and then covered it and placed it in the Oven for 30 minutes. Then I sautéed the Asparagus in another frying pan with a little garlic and finely grated Smoked Cheese. I then layered the Asparagus over the Duck Confit in the Oven. The Asparagus was in the Oven for 20 minutes total. Meanwhile I boiled the potato on the stove top and had everything ready in about 30 to 40 minutes. It turned into one of my best dishes ever! Wow!
