However, if your one of the growing number of us who have to face Special Food Considerations and Food Sensitivities, it’s not as simple as that! I have Migraines and Diverticulosis and so I try to avoid Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) as well as seeds and nuts! However, I’m lucky compared to some, not only because I use Watkins Products, and because Watkins adds no MSG to it’s food items, but also because there are a lot, and ever growing number of people out there who have even more serious Special Food Considerations and Food Sensitivities. It is for you that I write this Blog Post. In it I’m going to try to she’d some light on some of the Watkins Food Items that you, in fact, all of us, may benefit from!
When I got started in Watkins, back in September 2009′ there was a section on our Watkins Web Site a section dedicated to Special Food Considerations and Food Sensitivities, however that section has been taken down as they work to update it. So, in it’s absence this will suffice. Needless to say, even with Watkins Products you should exercise caution, especially if you are one of the many who suffer from medical conditions and have Special Food Considerations and Food Sensitivities. Now, that said, let’s look at some of the Watkins Products I believe may be of interest to those of us who have Special Food Considerations and Food Sensitivities.
There are four areas I want to look at, Dairy Products, Sugar, Gluten Free, Vinegar, MSG, Salt, and Kosher Products. The later is not brought on by illness, but is prepared in accordance to Jewish Law and Kosher is the English for of the Ashkenazi pronunciation of the Hebrew term kashér, meaning “fit” (in this context, fit for consumption).
