Hot Chocolate

Yields1 Serving

 500 ml 2 cups whole milk
 4 oz Dark chocolate, roughly chopped
 ¼ tsp Watkins All Natural Original Gourmet Baking Vanilla® Extract
  Whipped cream, for topping
  Watkins Artificial Dye-Free Decorating Sugars and Sprinkles, for topping

Pour milk into a small saucepan and place on the stovetop over medium heat.While the milk heats, place the chopped chocolate in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds. Take the chocolate out and stir. Return to microwave and heat for another 30 seconds, remove and stir. Continue to heat and stir in 30 second intervals until just melted.

When the milk reaches 180ºF/82ºC degrees F (bubbles on the side), turn off the heat and add the melted chocolate, whisking to combine. Add a dash of Watkins All Natural Original Gourmet Baking Vanilla® Extract. Top with whipped cream and Watkins Artificial Dye-Free Decorating Sugars and Sprinkles.
