Now, what I really wanted to tell you about here, in this post, are a couple of my favourite Watkins Extracts. Watkins Caramel and Watkins Coconut Extracts. i often use the Caramel to make Caramel Apple Dip! sometimes with our own apples grown at Briden Farm. I often use Watkins Coconut Extract and another favourite, Watkins Rum Flavouring, when cooking meat! Just a little on Briden Farm Woodland raised Berkshire Pork and its like being at a Hawaiian BBQ. Anyway, this morning, I used added a half teaspoon of caramel and a few drops of coconut to my cafe o lait! Then added a dash of Watkins Cinnamon!
